Contract Description
24,000 m3 of cut to fill, 2,200 m3 of topsoiling, 1,600 m3 of access road pavement for 1km of sealed roading. 2.6 km of service trenching and a 3,000 m3 clay lined pond. All mounding was compacted to engineering standards. Very steep gully water line trenching & installation.
48 hectares of rural property development on Littles Road beneath Coronet Peak, Queenstown. A private residential development to include 2 high end villas and property manager’s house, as well as a large functioning feature lined pond. Extensive earthworks and a kilometre of sealed access roading were required as part of the sites three dwellings.
